2. Author Agreement Selector
The Author Agreement must be completed by hand and signed by the corresponding author on behalf of all authors. A scanned copy of the signed agreement must be submitted in PDF format.
AUTHOR-AGREEMENT (NTP)
Authors shall use this form if they included no copyrighted third party material in their paper text (or accompanying sources, datasets). This is the right variant in most cases.
AUTHOR-AGREEMENT (TP)
Authors shall use this form if they did include copyrighted third party material in their paper or accompanying material. They must then also attach a copy of the permission by the third party to use this material in the signed author agreement!
3. Pre-flight Submission Checklist
First author has ≥ 5 papers indexed on DBLP (dblp.org)
Paper length is > 9 A4 pages (or 3–5 pages for main abstracts)
Libertinus font family installed and applied in ODT/LaTeX
Self-citations capped at max 30% of total references
All 3 required files named correctly according to surname
